Day 5: Tokyo - Mt. Fuji & Hakone
Travel with a guide to the Mt. Fuji 5th station. Lunch. Sightseeing tour of Hakone
National Park. Overnight in Hakone.
Day 6: Hakone - Nagoya - Toba
Travel with your guide to Nagoya. Lunch. Visit Nagoya Castle and Toyota Commemorative
Museum. Continue to Toba for 1 night.
Day 7: Toba - Kyoto
Visit Mikimoto Pearl Island to see the process of making cultured pearls and women
pearl divers at work. Lunch. Visit Ise Jingu, the most sacred Shinto shrine in
Japan. Continue with your guide to Kyoto. Stay for 2 nights in a hotel.
Day 8: Kyoto - Nara - Kyoto
Morning sightseeing tour of Kyoto including, Nijo Castle and the Golden Pavilion.
Lunch. Tour Todaiji Temple, which houses a colossal image of Buddha, and Kasuga
Shrine in Nara.
Day 9: Kyoto
Make your own way to your ryokan to stay for 1 night. Enjoy a traditional Japanese
dinner at your ryokan.
Day 10: Kyoto - Hiroshima or Miyajima
Breakfast at ryokan. Use your Japan Rail Pass to travel by the Bullet Train to
Hiroshima. Stay for 2 nights.
Day 11: Hiroshima or Miyajima
Free to explore Hiroshima or visit Miyajima using your Japan Rail Pass.
Day 12: Hiroshima or Miyajima - Osaka
Use your Japan Rail Pass to travel to Osaka. Stay for 1 night at an airport hotel.
Day 13: Osaka - London
Non-stop Japan Airlines flight to London Heathrow, arriving the same day.
