Take a morning flight from Tokyo to Kushiro. Pick up your car at Kushiro Airport and start driving. Stay for 2 nights in Kushiro.
Day 5 : Kushiro
Free time to explore Kushiro area.
Day 6 : Kushiro - Akan National Park
Drive to Kawayu Onsen in Akan National Park. Stay for 3 nights.
Day 7 & 8: Akan National Park
Free time to explore the National Park, and visit such places as Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo or Lake Akan.
Day 9: Akan National Park - Daisetsu National Park
Drive to Sounkyo Onsen in the Daisetsu National Park. Stay for 3 nights.
Day 10 & 11 : Daisetsu National Park
Free time to explore the National Park.
Day 12 : Daisetsu National Park - Sapporo
Drive to Sapporo. Stay for 3 nights.
Day 13 & 14 : Sapporo

Day 15 : Sapporo - Tokyo
